FIELD: heat-power engineering; heating and hot water supply systems; preheating viscous fluids handled in pipe lines.
SUBSTANCE: heat generator includes at least one liquid motion accelerator and at least one deceleration unit made in form of bladed wheels. One bladed wheel is mounted for rotation under action of drive; it is mounted immovable and coaxially relative to other bladed wheel forming clearances between blades. According to first version, partition mounted in slots between blades of bladed wheel is movable in height of blade. According to second version, hub of revolving bladed wheel is so constructed that distance between its end face and end face of bladed wheel is equal to 1/4 of blade height.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and stability of liquid heating process; increased power utilization factor.
