FIELD: heat-and-power engineering, particularly equipment to heat water and to supply buildings, building structures and vehicles with hot water and to eliminate accidents caused by centralized heating and hot water supply system failure.
SUBSTANCE: heat generation system comprises at least one liquid flow creation means made as coaxial ribbed wheels arranged so that a gap is created between the ribbed end surfaces of the wheels. The first ribbed wheel may be rotated by drive. The second ribbed wheel is fixed. Small ribs are installed between main ribs and spaced equal distances from main ribs. The small ribs have thicknesses equal to that of main ones. Small ribs have rectangular cross-sections terminating in semi-circles from rib sides facing axis of wheel rotation. Semi-circles have radii equal to half of main rib thickness. Small rib length is not more than one-third of main rib length. Rotary wheel surface is provided with orifices uniformly distributed along a circle and spaced minimal possible distance from free end of small rib so that at least one orifice is located near each small rib. Center of each orifice is located on projection of axis of small rib symmetry towards wheel rotation axis and is spaced apart a distance equal to orifice diameter from small rib. Rear wheel sides free from the ribs are provided with facets formed around above orifices. Replaceable disc flushing with end surface of ribs is installed on ribbed surface of fixed wheel.
EFFECT: provision of electric motor loading with nominal moment and, as a result, increased stability of heat generation corresponding to nominal power of electric motor having maximal performance factor.
