FIELD: agriculture, in particular, production of biologically active feed additives from natural raw material for farm animals.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing natural raw material, such as vegetables, and/or fruit, and/or berries, and/or cereals, and/or cucurbitaceous, and/or legumes, and/or algae, and/or grasses, including medicinal grasses, and/or leaves, and/or branches, and/or roots, and/or egg shell, and/or mollusks conch, and/or crust, and/or horns of wild animals, such as Northern deer; preliminarily grinding to particle size of 10-35 mm; drying under pressure of 0.01-1.033 kg/cm2 at temperature of 10-1500C to moisture content below 10%; cooling dried mass to temperature of from -300C to -1800C through the entire volume thereof, for example, in liquid nitrogen medium; grinding cooled raw material to particle size of 1.0-1,000 microns; packaging resultant product. Before packaging operation, product may be converted into dosed state, for example, it may be granulated. Method allows biologically active feed additives to be produced from wide range of natural materials, including plant and animal materials. Additive contain vitamins, macro and micro elements and other biologically active substances and keep up to 80%, and in some cases up to 100%, of biologically active substances of natural materials. Also, additives have large active surface and increased permeability of cell membranes and, consequently, increased biological availability and sorptive capacity and may be, accordingly, used as biological additive to main feed.
EFFECT: increased organoleptical properties and wider range of natural materials and methods for producing of various additives.
