FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nutritional biologically active products, in particular, to a method for manufacture of a powdered biologically active additive of maral antlers. Dietary supplement production method is characterized by the fact that preliminarily frozen raw maral antlers in velvet skin are milled into particles sized 0.2-0.5 mm and mixed with water at ratio of 1:10. Electropulse plasma-dynamic extraction is carried out, for which charge of 25-30 kV is supplied from an electric accumulator into a container with ground antlers mixed with water. Supply of currents to electrodes occurs with pulse frequency 0.4-0.7 sec for 10-15 minutes in water with temperature not higher than 37 degrees. After extraction termination the prepared extract is filtered. Method then includes lyophilisation of obtained filtered extract of biologically active substances in a sublimation dryer with a drying cycle of 24-36 hours at temperature not lower than -40 °C and final temperature at additional drying stage of lyophilizate is not more than 38 °C to obtain a soluble powder with residual moisture content of 1-3%.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a biologically active additive containing maximum possible quantity of biologically active substances of maral antlers in the ready product.
