SUBSTANCE: beverage contains extractive and dry substances of following components: extractive substances of black tea concentrate, dry substances of sugar, citric acid, edible salt and aromatizers "Whortleberry", "Black currant" and "Punch", 1%-alcoholic solution of vanillin, sodium benzoate, carbon dioxide, and water. Alcohol-free beverage based on extractive substances of raw tea material has unique clearly defined flavor and aroma of freshly cut black currant sprouts and soft almond-like tint of bird cherry fruit.
EFFECT: wider range of alcohol-free beverages and novel compound unique aroma and flavor.
