FIELD: production of beverages based on tea extract. SUBSTANCE: beverage contains tea extract prepared by extraction of black and/or green tea and/or tea from rough stalks of black and green teas. Used as extract is a mixture of aqueous-alcoholic liquid, food acid and aqueous suspension of fermented preparations. The extract contains 0.65-2.5% of alcohol and 1.5-9.0% of dry substances. Sweetener, flavorings and water are also included in the beverage composition. Used as flavorings are common salt, extract from ginseng root, carbon dioxide, food essence of lemon and/or black currant, and/or peach, and/or melissa, and/or strawberry, and/or bergamot, and/or apricot, and/or mint, and/or orange, and/or cherry, and/or apple, and or raspberry.
