FIELD: alcohol-free industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcohol-free industry, to production of alcohol-free beverages based on herbal extracts, physiologically functional ingredients of which have adaptogenic effect on human body. Proposed is an alcohol-free beverage of adaptogenic action which contains as initial components sugar syrup, citric acid, a natural preserving agent dihydroquercetin and an extract of vegetal raw material of the North Caucasus region, including oregano herb, leaves of common duckweed, blackcurrant leaves, common bilberry leaves, common thyme herb, wherein to obtain the extract, dry vegetable raw materials are taken in the following ratio of initial components: oregano herb 10.0 g; common duckweed leaves 10.0 g; blackcurrant leaves 10.0 g; common bilberry leaves – 60.0 g; common thyme herb 10.0 g, the mixture is extracted with water at ratio of 1:10 and mixed with the blending materials at ratio of 1 dm3 extract, sugar syrup – 0.1 dm3, citric acid – 2.0 g to produce a ready extract; then one performs blending of the beverage with the following content of initial components per 1 dm3 of the ready beverage: ready extract 0.6 dm3; dihydroquercetin 0.025 g; water – up to 1 dm3 of the ready beverage.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain an alcohol-free beverage of adaptogenic action possessing antistress, immunomodulating, antitoxic, anti-anemic and preventive action for human body protection against negative factors.
