FIELD: equipment for treating inner surfaces of pipelines in gas, oil and petrochemical industries for the purpose of pipeline protection against corrosion during transmission of corrosive gases.
SUBSTANCE: device has pressure gas pipeline, contactor and gas pipeline for contactor connection with pressure gas pipeline. Device also comprises nozzle and bracket-like netted member, which are arranged into contactor. Upper edge of netted member is flush with lower edge of nozzle. Device includes probe with supply and discharge channels. Free probe end extends into pressure pipeline. Prove may perform axial movement and may be fixed in connecting pipe having closed outer end and arranged into pressure pipeline wall perpendicular to axis thereof. Inlet orifice of supply channel communicated through supply gas pipeline with contactor facing incident gas flow into pressure pipeline. Outlet orifice of discharge channel communicated through discharge gas with contactor facing outgoing gas flow. Inlet and outlet channel orifices are out of hydrodynamic influence zone of inner gas pipeline surface on gas flow into gas pipeline. Inlet and outlet channel orifices are arranged on line parallel to pressure pipeline axis and crossing axis and center of midlength probe end section extending perpendicular to line and having non-streamlined aerodynamic form. Device has recuperative surface gas-and-liquid heat exchanger connected by gas channel with contactor upstream and downstream relative netted member.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and economy due to providing maximum dispersity of injected chemical aerosol and due to full utilizing kinetic and thermal energy of gas flow for chemical aerosol creation.
