SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing compounds eliciting the excellent activity against producing interleukin-1β and also medicinal agents comprising their as effective components. Invention describes derivatives of pyridazine-3-one represented by the following formula (I):

wherein Ar¹ represents lower alkoxyphenyl group; Ar² represents phenyl group including lower alkoxy-group, at least, at its position 4; R¹ represents linear or branched alkyl group having 2-11 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl group having 3-7 carbon atoms, lower alkyl group substituted with one or more cycloalkyl groups comprising 3-7 carbon atoms, or phenyl or phenyl(lower alkyl) group that can be substituted with one or more halogen atoms, lower alkyl groups and lower alkoxy-groups; R² represents cyano-group, carboxyl group, (lower alkoxy)carbonyl group, lower alkyl group that can be substituted with one or more halogen atoms, hydroxy-groups and phthalimido-group or carbamoyl group that can be substituted with one or two lower alkyl groups, phenyl, pyridyl or lower alkyl groups substituted with phenyl or pyridyl groups, or their salts and medicinal agents comprising their as effective components.
