SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of N,N-substituted cyclic amine of the formula (VIII):

wherein A represents aryl group; E represents group represented by formula -CO- or group represented by formula -CHOH-; G represents oxygen or sulfur atom or group -NR¹⁰-; J represents aryl group that can be substituted; R¹ represents lower alkyl group; Alk represents unbranched or branched lower alkylene group; n, v, w, x and y are independent each of other and each = 0 or 1; p = 2 or 3, or their pharmacologically acceptable salts. Compounds of the invention or their salts are effective in treatment of diseases against of that antagonism with respect to calcium is effective. Indicated diseases can involve acute ischemic stroke, cerebral apoplexy, cerebral infarction, head trauma, death of cerebral nervous cells, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Huntington chorea syndrome, impairment of cerebral circulatory metabolism, impairment of cerebral function, pain, spasms, schizophrenia, migraine, epilepsy, maniacal-depressive psychosis, nervous degenerative diseases, cerebral ischemia, complication of dementia type in AIDS, edema, disturbance of anxiety state type (generalized disturbance of anxiety state type) and diabetic neuropathy.
