FIELD: polymer materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention is dealing with water-soluble biodegradable three-block polymer. Polymers ABA or BAB contain 51-83 wt % of polyester-based hydrophobic block A and 17-49 wt % of hydrophilic polyethylene glycol block B. Three-block polymer possesses average molecular mass 2000-4990 and reversible thermal gelling properties. Aqueous compositions containing 0.01 to 20% of medicament and 3 to 50% of biodegradable three-block polymer are used for transportation of medicament.

EFFECT: enabled thermal gelling allowing existence of polymers in the form of aqueous solution at low temperatures and reversible gelling at physiologically appropriate temperatures so ensuring good medicament release characteristics.
