SUBSTANCE: implantable composition contains biocompatible carrier and particles comprising pressed mixture of active ingredient and hydrophobic agent selected from C16-C24-fatty acid, fatty acid esters and pharmacologically acceptable salts or mixtures thereof. Said particles are dispersed in carrier. Method for production of claimed composition also is disclosed.
EFFECT: composition with controlled yield of active ingredient.
