FIELD: petroleum processing.
SUBSTANCE: process atmospheric-vacuum distillation of petroleum to isolate straight-run and vacuum fractions, catalytic cracking of long vacuum fraction to produce catalytic cracking distillate. Isolated vacuum fraction 360-490оС is purified with selective solvent and thus obtained high-aromatized extract is then compounded with straight-run fractions and catalytic cracking distillate at ratios between 1:69:30 and 20:25:55, respectively, to produce desired product. Straight-run fractions boiling in the range 160-380оС are recovered. According to invention, long vacuum fraction subjected to catalytic cracking has boiling range 350-540оС and catalytic cracking distillate boils within 160 to 420оС. Invention also envisages completion of desired product with coking process fraction 160-420оС in amounts up to 50 wt %.
EFFECT: increased yield of desired product and improved physicochemical characteristics of fuel.
