FIELD: over-ground building, particularly heat, sound or noise insulation units for walls.

SUBSTANCE: unit has gas-filled shell element of parallelepiped form formed of flexible gas-and waterproof material and connection pipe with valve means. Spherical gas-filled members and members filled with foamed plastic are arranged in shell element. Diameter of each spherical member is from 0.48 to 0.52 of unit thickness. Spherical members are placed in two rows across unit thickness such that members filled with foamed plastic alternate with gas-filled members or with gas-filled gaps. Rows are offset or similar spherical members or gas-filled gaps are not opposite to each other.

EFFECT: increased soundproofing degree for walls and floor structures in areas with great temperature difference between indoors and outdoors.
