FIELD: steam generation in tube furnaces and boilers.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system has furnace with combustion chamber and burners; convective and radiant heating surfaces; water feed pump with pipeline; steam separator connected, respectively, at its inlet and outlet to convective surface to organize circulating loop with pump therein. In addition system is provided with pump having pipeline feeding fuel and wastes to furnace, flow transducer, and valve; reheat steam pipeline communicating with steam separator outlet and radiant surface inlet; steam extraction pipeline with flow transducer communicating with radiant surface outlet; pipeline with valve for condensate extraction from steam separator; flow transducer and valve on water supply pipeline; furnace flame and temperature monitoring transducers; steam-separator water level monitoring transducer; mentioned transducers are connected to additionally installed computer whose outputs are connected to fuel and wastes feed valve, steam-separator condensate extraction valve, and water supply valve; steam is supplied to user at temperature of 250 °C and pressure of 1.3 MPa.
EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities and reduced power requirement of system.
