SUBSTANCE: device for recycling rubber waste contains a heating chamber, in which there is a reactor equipped with augers and a superheater, a fuel combustion chamber, and a condenser. The reactor is equipped with a steam chamber, the steam superheater consists of two identical elements, each of which is made in the form of three straight tubes located at the corners of an equilateral triangle and connected in series through the three reservoirs. A ribbon is wound on the pipes over the spiral in the form of a rib forming the auger. The first collector is installed in the steam chamber and connected to it, and the second and the third collectors are installed in the reactor and the output of the third collector is connected to the reactor. The augers are installed in the reactor so that the ribbons of one auger, when rotated, come in contact with the pipes of another screw. The combustion chamber is made in the form of two flame tubes with burners at the inlet, installed along the axes of the augers and their output connected to the heating chamber. In the lower part, a perforated pipe with a muffled input is installed along the entire length of the reactor between the augers, the output of which is connected to the input of the condenser, and the gas outlet from the condenser is connected to the flame tubes.

EFFECT: reducing the energy consumption for the recycling process and improving the quality of products from rubber waste.
