FIELD: petroleum chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: system has a body with furnace where gas burners are mounted, two radiation and three convective coil pipes, temperature-sensitive element positioned at point between radiation and convective parts of furnace, and hot-water temperature-sensitive elements. Every convective coil pipe is coupled to water inlet collector, to pipeline provided with control fittings which include water-flow transducers, control and shut-off valves. It is coupled to convective coil pipe water outlet collector which is in its turn coupled to radiation coil pipes connected to collector of hot-water removal from system. Fuel delivery pipeline is provided with control and shut-off valves, water-flow transducers and fuel-pressure pickups. All leads of pressure pickups, water-flow transducers and temperature-sensitive elements are connected to auxiliary computer and their outputs are connected to inputs of control and shut-off valves through controllers.
