SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical agents used for eradication of weeds and protection of cultural plants. Invention proposes a composition comprising simultaneously N-phosphonomethylglycine (C₁₂H₂₅-C₁₄H₂₉)-alkyldimethylamine salt (I) , 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid 2-ethylhexyl ester (II) in the ratio of active substances (I) and (II) = (1.2-1.3):1, glycerol as a solvent and, additionally, ethylene glycol, or butyl alcohol as a co-solvent. The prepared herbicide composition can be used for eradication of weeds in fallow, power electric transmission lines, in shoulder of roads, railways and pipelines.
