FIELD: medicine, urology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation is applied to restore urodynamics of superior urinary pathways in case of hydronephrosis induced by lower polar vessels. One should cut not free fragment out of fibrous capsule, fragment's free edge should be directed under mobilized vessels which should be replaced proximally against pelvourethral anastomosis, fragment's free end should be fixed with a clip to fragment's bottom to restore urodynamics.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
