FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology. To do this, the entire kidney is mobilized with its displacement to the medial side. The lower pole of the kidney is retracted laterally at an angle of 45°C and raised 3 cm upwards, followed by fixation of the lower pole of the kidney through the anterior surface of the renal capsule with perirenal tissue to the transverse fascia and transverse muscle. A muscle flap is cut out on the pedicle from the psoas muscle below the passage of the inferior polar aberrant vessels and the muscle flap is thrown over the inferior polar aberrant vessels. The free edge of the muscle flap is fixed to the anterior surface of the upper pole of the kidney.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to effectively eliminate hydronephrosis caused by lower polar aberrant vessels, without disturbing the blood supply to the kidney, and eliminate the risks of developing nephroptosis in the postoperative period.
