SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loose materials mixing and may be used in chemical, food, construction and pharmaceutical industries. Proposed method comprises simultaneous feed of components, their mixing and mix discharge, leveling concentration of components in radial direction, intensifying convective and diffusion mixing, discharging finished mix without loss in homogeneity by formation of active exchange of particle in radial direction between two opposite axial flows at fixed blade turn angle relative to shaft rotation α_op=45°. Proposed mixer comprises casing accommodating driven shaft with blades and without blade turn angle variator. Said blades are arranged on the shaft at different distances therefrom and shift of their axes through γ=45° in adjacent rows of working members.

EFFECT: faster mixing, higher quality of mix and mixer reliability.
