FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heating devices and it can be used for installation in passenger and freight compartments of vehicles and for heating greenhouses, stores and other rooms. Proposed heater contains two-chamber module with fuel combustion products and heated air outlet branch pipes insulated from each other, electric motor with fan fitted on its shaft and arranged in first chamber of module, and atmospheric air charger installed on the same shaft and arranged in second chamber of module, and fuel-air mixture igniter arranged in the same chamber. It has also fuel system with pipeline provided with shutoff valve, control system with control panel electrically connected to supply source, electric motor, temperature transmitter with change-over switch and with working element installed in second chamber of module. Novelty is that fuel system is made in form of gas cylinder with reduced adapter for operation with cylinder and with gas metering reducer built into pipeline and made in form if changeable jet placed in housing with possibility of increasing delivery of gas into second chamber, depending on atmospheric conditions and presence of moisture in gas, to provide stable excitation of flame. Shutoff valve is installed before gas metering reducer, and control system is furnished with unit to detect presence of flame in two-chamber module. Open end face of gas combusted products branch pipe can be arranged at distance of 15-20 mm from surface of additional heated reservoir.
EFFECT: improved reliability of heater in operation and its safety.
