FIELD: changing the physical structure of metals.
SUBSTANCE: method include plastic deformation of a conductor by winding a wire in a monospiral or by twisting the wire in to a spiral. By deforming, the dislocation density in the conductor is provided to be no less than 1012-1015 cm-2. Further increase of the dislocation density in the metal conductor up to 1012-1015 reaches by thermal treatment.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
