FIELD: measuring engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has control point, power source, winding and contact relay, switch, time counter, computing unit and transmitter which is connected with the power source via the relay contacts. The relay winding and switch, the control input of which is connected to the output of the amplifier-transducer, are connected in series to the plus terminal of the power source. The amplifier-transducer is set at one of the ends of a pipeline to be monitored. The output of the switch is connected with the minus terminal of the power source. The time counter, computing unit, code generator, summer, the second input of which is connected with the generator of the modulating code, phase manipulator, the second input of which is connected with the high frequency generator, power amplifier, and transmitting aerial are connected in series to the output of the pressure pickups.
