SUBSTANCE: proposed checker includes blocks of long-cut hollow members with checker envelope assembled together by means of surface rigidity contours and inner outer framework; ratio of thickness of locking component of inner framework to thickness of surface rigidity contour is equal to 0.5-5. Checker envelope is formed by intersection of polymer filaments, 1-8 mm thick, Ratio of thickness of filament of checker envelope to thickness of locking components of inner framework is equal to 0.1-10; ratio of distance between locking components of inner framework to maximum size of figure of cross section is equal to 0.2-20. Surface rigidity contours form their geometric shape which is retained in the course of operation of checker. They take up external mechanical loads, thus protecting checker elements. Inner framework with locking components also take up external loads, thus excluding motion, deformation and shrinkage and enhancing aerodynamic resistance of checker as a whole. Efficiency is increased by 15-20%.
