FIELD: traumatology and orthopedics, in particular, for osteotomy of tubular bones with congenital or acquired deformity.

SUBSTANCE: thread saw guide has handle-holder and arced needle-guide with slot arranged on inner diameter and adapted for receiving of thread saw eyelet. Needle-guide has sharpened edges for fixing of bone on predetermined place. Needle-guide is made in the form of removable semi-circular ring, which is fixed with its obtuse end in handle-holder coupler by means of axial screw at predetermined angle allowing osteotomy to be performed in plane corresponding to angle calculated on the basis of roentgenograms.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in precise setting of thread saw for performing correcting osteotomy of tubular bones with congenital or acquired deformity.
