FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device includes framework with angle-like bar with movable plate and coupling placed on its transverse part. Protractor, in the centre of which on the axis there are front and back guide tubes for guide rods, intended for orientation or sliding on them of osteotoming instrument, is fixed to coupling. Front and back guide tubes have fixation bolt. Coupling with protractor and guide tubes has possibility of travel on transverse part of bar. Lower part of bar has guide with working cone-shaped end and channel for placement of bone head. Head fixer has fixing bolt. Movable plate has coupling-like end with fixation bolt in upper end for travel of angle-shaped bar on transverse part, and in lower end it has holder with angle-shaped slot for insert. Insert is made in form of isosceles triangle and contains central channel for trochanter fixer, and channels for additional fixers for osteosynthesis near ribs, central channel for trochanter fixer in insert is made on the same straight line with channel in guide for placement of head bone.

EFFECT: increased quality of analysis of impact by different fixers from different material in osteosynthesis in experiments on animals by increase of accuracy of osteotomy with similar localisation and direction of fracture modelling in each experiment in main and control experiment groups.
