FIELD: obstetrics, in particular, healing of vaginal and perineum laceration and incisions, laceration of neck of the uterus of woman in labor.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus is made in the form of vaginal dilator-wound restrictor with retainer, lifting mechanism and vaginal part composed of slotted flaps movably fixed on ring. Apparatus is further provided with perineum part made in the form of hollow metal semi-conical device. Opening having diameter of 5 mm is formed in the vicinity of semi-conical device and adapted for evacuating of used ozonized solution. Semi-conical device is fixed on ring for changing inclination angle in horizontal axis and squeezing to perineum for arranging of wound skin part inside cone.
EFFECT: reduced wound healing time, provision for prophylaxis of possible complications of wound current process.
