SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and operative gynaecology. Performing median laparotomy, sanitation of abdominal cavity, installation of instillation-drainage device, application of vacuum-assisted laparostomy, fractional lavage of abdominal cavity with antiseptic solution combined with local vacuum therapy. Ligatures are removed, the necrotic and purulent myometrium sections are excised in the area of the scar after the operative delivery. Uterus is sutured. Then a Reperen coating and a polyurethane foam sponge are applied on the suture area and the uterine wound. Then, an incision film is applied between the abdominal organs and the sponge, and 1% dioxidine is used as an antiseptic.

EFFECT: method allows performing organ-preserving treatment in women with complete or partial suture divergence on uterus with underlying purulent peritonitis after abdominal delivery.
