FIELD: film-type evaporators for realization of heat exchange processes.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the film-type evaporators intended for realization of heat exchange processes. The film-type evaporator contains a vertical cylindrical body, butt caps, the upper and the lower tubular boards, heat-exchange pipes, film formers. In the lower part of the body there is a pipe duct made in the form of a coil pipe, one end of which is connected to the union of inlet of a treated liquid, and the other end is a straight part fixed between the tubular boards. The straight part of the pipe duct and each heat-exchange pipe are mounted rigidly in the lower active radiating cover plates and located in parallel to the central axis of the lower hypersonic vibration system. The film formers are rigidly mounted in the upper active radiating cover plates located in parallel to the central axis of the upper hypersonic vibration system. Both hypersonic vibrating systems contain piezoceramic converters and the active radiating cover plates. Besides the film formers and the upper hypersonic vibration system have a central active cover plate. The invention provides for various design versions of an evaporator, when the upper hypersonic vibration system together with the film formers may have the length (m+l/4)·λ, and the central active cover plate - a length (m·λ), where m = 1, 2, 3..., λ - a length of the ultrasonic wave. Besides the upper hypersonic vibration system together with the film formers may have a length (m+1/4) ·λ, and the central active cover plate - a length (m-1/4) ·λ, where m = 1, 2, 3..., λ - the length of the ultrasonic wave. Besides the upper hypersonic vibration system together with the film formers may have a length (m+1/2) ·λ, and the central active cover plate - the length (m - λ ), where m = 1, 2, 3..., λ - a length of a ultrasonic wave. The invention allows to increase efficiency and quality of the treated liquid with various viscosity, to raise productivity and to expand the technological capabilities of an evaporator.
EFFECT: the invention ensures increased efficiency, improved quality of the treated liquid with various viscosity, expanded the technological capabilities of an evaporator.
