FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for cooling and lubricating zone of cutting by atomized cooling and lubricating substances, carrying out chemical reactions, spraying and painting of surfaces, cooling and humidifying of air, mixing and atomizing heterogeneous liquids, etc. Proposed device has compressed air delivering pipeline with fitted on pressure regulator, and swirl tube with tangential inlet. Outlet of swirl tube are connected with air flow selector one outlet of which is connected with pneumatic silencer and the other, with tangential inlet of sprayer. Cold flow outlet branch pipe of sprayer is connected with second pneumatic silencer, and branch pipe for taking-in medium to be atomized is connected with multisection reservoir through feed volume regulators.

EFFECT: provision of atomizing difficult-to-mix liquids, heterogeneous substances, emulsions differing in viscosity and possibility of regulation of temperature of atomized substances.
