FIELD: civil engineering, mechanical engineering, pharmaceutical, varnish and paint and chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: proposed rotary vibrating sieve has stationary plate-foundation with fastened on plate-foundation by means of springs. Drum is installed through frame on vibroplate. Drum is divided in volume by shutters with cells decreasing in size in direction of material flow and is divided into sections with volume decreasing in direction of material flow. Rotary vibrating sieve is provided with electric motors, one of which is connected with vibroplate in lower part of plant to create vibrating action. Step-by-step motor is secured in upper part of plant to provide periodical turning of drum.
EFFECT: intensified screening.
