FIELD: production of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a vibroplatform with a changed amplitude of vibrations. The invention is dealt with a field of construction, in particular with production of building materials and constructions and is intended for a concrete mix compaction on a vibrating table. The technical result is improvement of figures of quality of the concrete articles by strength, an increase of life of operation of vibroconcrete items, saving of the electric power and the building material - components of a concrete mix, decreased time of a vibration compaction. For this purpose the vibroplatform contains: a working tool - a vibrating table, mounted with the help of elastic gaskets on the frame; a fixed on the lower part of the vibrating table unbalance vibration exciter with two coaxial shafts driven by two asynchronous motors; a system of automatic control over the two motors, that also includes a controller of frequency of vibration, a working tool vibrations amplitude controller, the first and second controllers of the system exercising control over an angle of turning of the first motor shaft equipped with a sensor measuring its angle of turning; the first and second controllers of the system exercising control over an angle of turning of the shaft of the second motor equipped with the a sensor measuring its angle of turning; a unit of summation. At that the automatic-control system of the vibration exciter additionally has the working tool vibrations amplitude controller; a vibration sensor connected with the working tool; the second unit of summation. At that the working tool vibrations amplitude controller output is connected with the direct input of the second unit of summation, output of which is connected to the input of a vibrations amplitude controller, output of which is connected to the second input of the first unit of summation, and the output of the vibrations sensor is connected to an inverse input of the second unit of summation.
EFFECT: improved quality an strength of the concrete articles, increased their service life, decreased power and the building material consumption and time of vibration compaction.
