FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: vibration frame has working member, vibration bed, and vibration exciter secured to the working member. The vibration exciter has outer hollow shaft connected to the working member via bearings provided with unbalanced masses at their ends and securely mounted pulley for a V-belt of the drive first induction motor of the outer shaft and pulley for toothed belt which drives the pickup of the rotation angle of the outer shaft. The hollow shaft receives the shaft provided with unbalanced masses at its ends and set in bearings and securely mounted pulley for V- belt of the drive second motor of the inner shaft and pulley for toothed belt which drives the pickup of the rotation angle of the inner shaft. The vibration exciter is provided with a system of automatic control which has set-point device for setting frequency of vibration of the working member and channels for control of the rotation angle of the outer and inner shafts of the vibration exciter, respectively. Each of the channels has the first and second controllers for the system for control the rotation angle of the vibration exciter, transformer, motor and sensor of the rotation angle of the shaft of the vibration exciter, and four adders connected in series.
