SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction industry and construction equipment, in particular, to the vibration exciter and may be used for blowout of the cellular concrete admixtures. The device contains: the working tool - the vibratory table, the fixed on the vibratory table vibration exciter including the hollow shaft fixed on the vibratory table in the bearing supports and with the arranged on the ends unbalance masses, and the mounted sensor of the exterior arbor rotation angle. Inside the hollow shaft there is the internal arbor mounted on the bearings with arranged on its ends unbalance masses and the sensor of the internal arbor rotation angle. The arbors rotation drive consists of the asynchronous electrical motor and the belt gearing and between the arbors there is the mounted closed gearing with the gear-ratio equal to the unity. The vibration exciter is equipped with the automatic control system containing the controller of the working tool vibration frequency and the control channels of the vibration exciter external and internal arbors rotation angle accordingly. Each of the channels includes in series connected the first and the second controllers of the angle rotation system of the vibration exciter arbor, the power converter, the vibration exciter arbor rotation angle sensor and four summation units, as well as the detector of vibration in feedback circuit. The technical result of the invention consists in the possibility to control the directions of vibrations of the vibration exciter, reduction of the drives quantity, simplification of the frequency and vibrations direction control system.

EFFECT: the invention ensures possibility to control the directions of vibrations of the vibration exciter, reduction of the drives quantity, simplification of the control system over the frequency and vibrations direction.
