FIELD: mechanical engineering and aircraft industry.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with a field of mechanical engineering, in particular - with production of the large-sized composite tanks for aircraft industry. The method includes shaping and molding of an internal composite layer on a monolithic mandrel of multiple usage, the external shape of which corresponds to the internal form of the central part and the bottom of the tank. The internal composite layer consists of two spiral composite layers embracing the tank bottoms polar throats. The layers are previous to be molded, then cut in the planes perpendicular to the tank symmetry axis shifting the cuts from a layer to a layer in the longitudinal direction. On the sites located between the cuts they place an antitack agent, that should be removed after removal of the semi-finished blanks of the tank from the mandrel and on their place a glue is applied. After that the semi-finished blanks are placed on an intermediate mantle ring positioning it in the zone of cuts and form the external composite layers of the tank, which then are molded simultaneously with the glue seams, and the intermediate mantle ring is removed through the polar holes of the tank. The given method allows to reduce the cost price of manufacture of the large-sized composite tanks and to increase a balance profit of the enterprise due to simplification of the technological equipment.

EFFECT: the invention allows to reduce the cost price of manufacture of the large-sized composite tanks and to increase a balance profit of the enterprise.
