FIELD: plasma chemistry; ozonization liquids and gases.
SUBSTANCE: proposed ozone generator is provided with conducting and discharge electrodes connected to high-voltage AC power source; electrodes are separated by means of dielectric on which they are secured. Even one of electrodes is brought in contact with dielectric in form of alternating strips at definite pitch. Discharge electrode is made in form of electric conducting plate with parallel slots forming through passages above surface of dielectric.
EFFECT: enhanced intensity and economical efficiency.
