SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for production of ammonia from hydrocarbon gases. According to proposed method of distribution of steam between steam turbines operating at counterpressure in production of ammonia from hydrocarbon gases, summary consumption of mean pressure steam by steam turbines operating at counterpressure Gst is maintained at level whose value is determined from equation Gst=Gcd+Gd+Gwa+Gh where Gcd is consumption of low-pressure steam for cleaning gas from CO2 and distillation of process condensate; Gd is consumption of low-pressure steam for deaeration of feed water; Gwa is consumption of low-pressure steam for by water-ammonia cooling plant; Gh is consumption of low pressure steam for heating apparatuses, pipelines and other purposes.
EFFECT: optimization of production and distribution of steam at production of ammonia, reduced cost of generation of high-pressure steam, reduced consumption of feed water.
