SUBSTANCE: method is designated for diagnosis of human adaptation to extreme ecological conditions. Method involves determination of retinal and tryptophan amount in erythrocyte membrane suspension. The stability is estimated by deviation of retinal-index from the norm representing the ratio of retinal amount to tryptophan amount.
EFFECT: improved and simplified diagnosis.
