FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves separating erythrocytes from heparin-treated venous blood by means of laser radiation before and after treatment course. The so produced erythrocyte suspension is diluted with physiologic saline to required concentration. Fluorescent dimethylamine chalcon probe is added and its fluorescence is measured. Blood erythrocyte membrane state is evaluated from value scale. Fluorescence value being less than 10 fl. units, light state change degree is considered to be the case. The value being equal to 10-50 fl. units, moderate (optimum) degree is the case. The value being greater than 50 fl. units, high degree of erythrocyte membrane transformation, caused by laser radiation, is considered to be the case.
EFFECT: high sensitivity and information capacity of the method.
