SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for detection of breast pathology. Method for assay of occult blood in secretions from breast involves mixing secretions taken from breast nipple with reagent representing a mixture of azopyram with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution taken in the ratio = 1:1. Then chromatography analysis is carried out and occult blood in secretions from breast is determined by visual method by the presence of violet-blue color converting to syringe or brown color. Method provides carrying out the determination of occult blood in secretions from breast on early diagnosis stage rapidly, simply with sufficient reliability.
EFFECT: improved assay method.
