SUBSTANCE: one should study biochemical values and level of tumor marker CA - 15.3 in mammary gland' secreta and at increased enzymatic activity in: aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), amylase (Amyl), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), increased level of albumin (ALB), total protein (Prot), uric acid (URAC), tumor marker CA - 15.3 and decreased activity of gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase (GGT) against comparison standard that characterizes the value of these parameters at galactorrhea syndrome of secretory character one should diagnose proliferative disease of mammary gland. The present innovation enables to detect mammary disease at its preclinical stages.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of screening diagnostics.
