At the third stage, a palpation examination of the breast tissue is performed. At the fourth stage, a visual assessment of the discharge is carried out to identify intraductal pathologies or dyshormonal processes. All indicators of the examination are summarized in a summary table and the accrued points are summed up. With a total of 0 points, it is concluded that there is no data for an unscheduled examination of the patient. With a total of 1 to 2 points, a consultation with a gynecologist is required. With a total of 3 or more points, additional instrumental examinations and consultation with an oncologist-mammologist are recommended.

EFFECT: method allows primary care physicians to stage-by-stage analyze the condition of the mammary gland of patients with an assessment in points for further routing or monitoring of the condition.
