SUBSTANCE: since the 6th d against the moment of modeling one should introduce chitosan glutamate intragastrically through a probe for experimental animals at 100-120 kDa molecular weight, 95% deacetylation degree, at the quantity of 13.2ml/kg body weight, thrice daily at 3-h-long interval for 12 d. The method enables to obtain the picture of degradation of appendicular infiltrate at applying seances of enterosorption with a product of deacetylated chitin.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
