FIELD: electrical engineering, low- and medium-power generators of factory-assembled gas-distribution and compressor stations, and the like.
SUBSTANCE: proposed turbogenerator that uses energy of fuel gas instead of throttling it is provided with newly introduced stator field winding electrically disconnected from inducing winding; mentioned winding is shifted relative to inducing winding through 120 el. degrees and is connected in series with capacitor, dropping resistor shorted out by two series-connected break contacts of off-operation protective gear responding to decrease in insulation resistance, and voltage relay. Rotor windings are not electrically interconnected and each of them is closed to rectifier made in the form of diode. Turbogenerator excitation induces electromotive force in rotor winding wherein unidirectional current starts flowing by means of diode and builds up unidirectional magnetic field. On the other hand unidirectional field induces independent electromagnetic force in inducing winding that can be used for feeding lighting and motor loads. In case of insulation resistance drop below permissible level off-operation protective gear coil is energized by stator inducing winding, its breaking contact opens, and dropping resistor is inserted in field winding circuit.
EFFECT: simplified design and enhanced operating reliability of turbogenerator.
