FIELD: power semiconductor engineering; speed control of induction and synchronous motors using voltage or current inverters.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method for reducing vibration of motor controlled by output voltage of three-phase voltage inverter includes supply of positive and negative half-wave trapezoidal control signals to inverter inputs. 300 of half-wave fall on ascending line section of trapezium, 1200, on dc voltage section, and 300, on descending line section. Pulse-width modulation is made on ascending and descending line sections. As a result, mean potential difference between phases at inverter output varies obeying law of trapezium with 600 ascending part of line voltage , part of dc voltage, and descending part of line voltage thereby ensuring reduction of higher harmonics in motor supply voltage components, connection of low-pass filter at inverter output without critical rise of power current, and reduction of labor consumption for pre-calculations of motor vibration characteristics.
EFFECT: reduced vibration acceleration of motor.
