FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the area of electric engineering and may be used for the control of independent three-phase inverters with pulse width modulation (PWM), in particular, for the frequency control of asynchronous motor speed. An independent three-phase inverter control method using bipolar modulating and reference signals, both with a sinusoidal modulating signal and zero-sequence components introduced into the sinusoidal modulating signal, is based on the comparison of a high-frequency reference signal of a triangular or sawtooth configuration and low-frequency three-phase modulating voltage; at that amplitude modulation is performed for positive and negative half-waves of the reference voltage with positive and negative envelopes of the maximum phase modulating voltages respectively. The received reference voltage is compared to the phase modulating voltages.
EFFECT: extending the linear range for the regulation of the first output voltage harmonic of the independent three-phase inverter.
