FIELD: charged particle (electron) beam accelerators for physics, chemistry, and medicine.
SUBSTANCE: proposed charged particle beam accelerator incorporating metal shell accommodating insulating layer and electron-transit vacuum channel made along center line of metal shell is provided in addition with metal shell accommodating ferroelectric layer that can be disposed between metal shell inner surface and insulating layer; ferroelectric layer can be also disposed inside insulating layer.
EFFECT: provision for controlling accelerator parameters and regulation of synchronism of electron beams and their accelerating wave.
