FIELD: medicine, therapeutic physical culture (TPC).

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the rehabilitation of patients with diseases of the joints of the lower extremities. Physical exercises are performed in the form of classes carried out for 8 weeks 3 times a week for 60 minutes. Physical exercises are also performed daily 1 hour before bedtime for 10 minutes. Classes are held 3 times a week on weekdays every other day. Each class is carried out in a group under the guidance of a TPC instructor and includes five consecutive complexes: exercises to relieve tension from the deep muscles of the spine, exercises for the ankle joint, exercises for the knee joint, exercises for the hip joint, and exercises for stretching the spine. Daily exercise 1 hour before bedtime is carried out independently, in which a set of exercises is performed to relieve tension from the deep muscles of the spine.

EFFECT: method provides expanding the possibilities of rehabilitation of patients with diseases of the joints of the lower extremities with a pronounced and persistent clinical effect, strengthening and restoring the muscles of the spine, joints of the lower extremities, and normalizing blood circulation due to the implementation of the claimed sets of exercises.
