FIELD: purification of technological gases.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a thermoelectric membranous gas-separating element and is pertinent to clearing of process gases and may be used at removal of extraneous impurities from them or in the systems of air handling for decrease of its moisture. The thermoelectric membranous gas-separating element includes a body supplied with the gas feeding and removal branch-pipes, a thermoelectric battery with the cold and a hot ends. It is made I the form of a tubular type element and contains a smooth internal channel, a membrane made out of a dielectric with a ribbed external surface. The thermoelectric battery is built-in between the internal and external surfaces of the membrane and consists of one or several in series connected Peltier's-modules, integrated inside the membrane along its full length. At that the d membrane is rigidly fixed to the body. The technical result is an increase of efficiency and productivity of gases clearing, a decrease of thermal losses, simplification of the thermoelectric membranous gas-separating element and expansion of operational capabilities.
EFFECT: the invention allows to increase efficiency and productivity of gases clearing, to simplify the element design and to expand its operational capabilities.
